​I established Nutrition Simplified in 2010. It's a resource for those seeking a healthy lifestyle so they can live their life to its fullest potential.

My intention is to share with you how to take your health into your own hands, to nourish your body, and optimize your wellbeing… all to inspire you to become the driver of your own wellness journey, where life is a little more simple and a lot more vibrant!

You don't need to choose between your health and your happiness; you can have BOTH. And the approach is simpler than you'd think. 

I believe eating healthy is about more than the number on the scale. It's a means to self-respect; a vehicle to a happier, more fulfilled life.

So, my friend – are you ready to say "sayonara" to following yet another diet's rules, and "hello" to your most vibrant health, where you get to call the shots?

​​​​​​​​​I grew up on my family's farm in a small-town in Maine. It wasn’t until I pursued my degree in clinical nutrition that I realized what I have known all my life about real food is a concept our society has branched away from...

I'm here to serve you. Nutrition Simplified is built on love and passion for full-potential living. I believe it's only when we feel our best that we live our best.

Through our online wellness guides, health coaching and anything else we might offer — I'm in this to make a difference. To help you build a healthy lifestyle that you truly love.

No matter what has brought you here, I'm here to help you achieve your greatest health and feel comfortable and confident in your body, so you can live a full, energetic, productive and happy life.

​It's not about the weight you lose;

it's about the LIFE you gain.

The healthiest foods don't have fancy packaging with shiny labels that say "gluten free" and "low in sugar". You can't cut coupons for them, and you probably don't even see them in advertising campaigns. In fact, it's only when we eat the freshest ingredients that all of the complexity and technicalities of modern-day "healthy" eating become completely irrelevant.


​But it doesn't end there. That's just where it begins. Because healthy eating won't turn into healthy living if it feels like a chore. 


My intention is to empower you to honor your body, and treat it with respect; to turn your "I can't have that" into "I don't want that"; to stop seeing rules and start seeing possibilities; to learn what your body truly craves and be its provider so it can continue to provide for you.


Ask yourself: have you​ sacrificed your happiness when you try to get healthier? If you answered yes, know that there's a better way.

Not to mention, the scale does not define our health! (It may influence our health, but it most definitely doesn't define it.) Because no matter what you weigh, you are, quite literally, what you eat. Every 35 days your skin replaces itself... Your liver, every 6 months... Your bones, every 10 years. Your body makes new cells from the food you eat. What you eat literally becomes you. And you have the privilege to choose what you're made of.

​​​​​​​​​...that in order to be healthy, we don't have to waste hours analyzing nutrition labels, confine ourselves to the latest fad diet, pull our hair out over media headlines, or be obsessed with counting our food’s calories. In fact, the more we scrutinize our food, the further away from health we get.


Why?  Because the healthiest foods don’t come with any labels at all.
